Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TenderAlert (the subscription service operated by StackEdge, contact hello@stackedge.ai) processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and applicable Spanish law, including Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
Data controller: StackEdge. Contact for privacy matters: hello@stackedge.ai.
We process information you provide (such as company and activity description, sector or CPV preferences, target countries, minimum contract value, keywords, report language, and email address) to onboard your profile, prepare and deliver weekly tender intelligence, communicate with you, and maintain the security and quality of the service. Payment data is processed by Stripe as an independent payment service provider.
Lawful bases include performance of a contract (providing the subscription you purchase), legitimate interests (for example secure hosting, abuse prevention, and limited service analytics), and consent where we rely on consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and request data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact hello@stackedge.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority in your place of residence.
Hosting: the website and application are hosted by Vercel Inc. Email delivery may use providers such as Resend. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required.
We retain personal data for as long as your subscription is active and for a limited period thereafter to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Disclaimer: TenderAlert is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union or TED Europa.
