Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TenderAlert subscription service offered by StackEdge (contact: hello@stackedge.ai). By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Spain, including Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the member state where you habitually reside.

Jurisdiction: subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, you and StackEdge submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Spain for the resolution of disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service.

EU VAT: prices are shown in euros where applicable. Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar indirect taxes may be charged in line with EU rules on the place of supply for electronically supplied services to consumers (B2C), based on your country of residence, unless an exemption applies.

Service description: TenderAlert provides a paid subscription that delivers weekly procurement intelligence based on publicly available notices from TED Europa and information you supply. The service is curated with automated assistance; outcomes depend on the accuracy of your profile and on data published by third parties. TenderAlert is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union or TED Europa.

Fees and payment: subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel using the billing tools made available to you. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Withdrawal waiver: By subscribing and requesting immediate access to the service, the customer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
